摘 要:"反思性"案例教学是案例教学的进一步发展和对"实践性"案例教学的超越,它强调教师和学员在案例教学中的反思,从而达到"学会教学"与"学会学习"的统一。新的时期,教师继续教育在功能、知识观、课程组织形式和教学方式等方面都发生了很大变化,而"反思性"案例教学则适应了这些变化。教师和学员对他们各自教学经验的反思和对案例教学本身的反思是"反思性"案例教学的两个基本内容。反思的基本形式有教师引导下的反思、编写案例中的反思和"反思笔记"等。The reflection-oriented case teaching,which stresses the importance of teachers' and students' reflection in the case teaching so that they can "learn to teach" and "learn to learn" at the same time,is the further development of the case teaching and transcendence to the practice-oriented case teaching.In the new period,great changes have taken place in the function,ideas about knowledge,curricular architectonic form,and teaching manners in teachers' continuing education,and the reflection-oriented case teaching just adapts to these changes.The basic contents are teachers' and learners' reflection to their own teaching experience as well as to the reflection-oriented case teaching itself,and the basic forms are reflection under the guidance from teachers,in the course of writing cases and the reflective notes in the reflection-oriented case teaching.
