内隐教学在护生技能培养中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨内隐教学在护生技能培养环节中的应用。方法将180名护生随机分成观察组和对照组各90名。在护理学基础课程的技能教学中对照组采用传统的教学方法 ,观察组采用以内隐学习为主的教学方法。结果观察组护生的技能考核成绩、对护理技能的教学方法评价均明显高于对照组(P<0.01),观察组对技能学习的兴趣程度也明显高于对照组。结论内隐学习能够提高《护理学基础》操作技能的教学效果,符合护生的心理需求。同时,笔者认为内隐教学是培养护士职业素质的有效途径。Objective To discuss the application of implicit teaching in skill training for nursing students.Methods 180 nurse students were randomly divided into experiment group（n=90） with implicit teaching methods and control group（n=90） with traditional teaching methods.Results The scores of skill test,the evaluation of teaching method in experiment group were higher than those of control group obviously（P0.01）.Students in experiment group displayed more interest in skill study as well.Conclusion Implicit teaching which met psychological demands of students,improves students＇ operation skill noticeably.It is an effective method to cultivate nurse＇s professional quality.
