摘　　要：本科教学评估是国家对高等学校本科教学水平的综合测评,是评价教学质量的主要手段。教学秘书在本科教学评估工作中发挥着重要作用,其工作质量直接影响到临床教学工作的效果。临床教研室应以本科教学评估为契机,大力推进和加强教学秘书的工作。The undergraduate education evaluation is the state＇ s comprehensive assessment of undergraduate teaching level of colleges and universities. It is also a main method to evaluate teaching quality. Teaching secretaries play a very important role in the quality of undergraduate education work in that they directly affect clinical teaching effects. Strengthening the quality of teaching secretary team and improving college teaching management capability are essential for clinical teaching and research offices.
