略谈小组教学在现代医学教育中的应用

摘　　要：小组教学是一种特别适用于提高学生自学能力和交际能力的教学方法,目前已经被广泛应用于国内外的高校教育。本文简介了小组教学的组成要素、优点和具体教学方法,并对SGT在现代医学教育中的应用、缺点和未来的展望进行了探讨。Small group teaching, a kind of teaching method, has been widely used in higher education at home and abroad because it is particularly helpful in improving students＇ self-study and communicative skills. This paper introduces the elements, advantages and specific teaching methods of small group teaching, and discusses its application, shortcomings and future prospect in modern medical education.
