牛磺酸对实验性半乳糖性白内障的防治作用

摘　　要：目的观察牛磺酸对大鼠半乳糖性白内障的防治作用。方法设置对照组、白内障组、预防组、结膜下注射组、腹腔注射组、点眼组。采用Ｄ半乳糖诱发白内障，预防组诱发当天开始腹腔注射１５％牛磺酸，其它３个给药组从实验第４天开始分别结膜下注射、腹腔注射、双眼点１５％牛磺酸。在实验开始的第３，８，１４天用高效液相色谱仪（ＨＰＬＣ）测定大鼠房水、晶状体中牛磺酸浓度，同时在透射电镜下采用超薄切片及冷冻蚀刻观察晶状体超微结构的改变。结果半乳糖性白内障大鼠房水和晶状体中牛磺酸浓度下降，随之出现晶状体超微结构的明显破坏。各牛磺酸用药组，房水和晶状体中牛磺酸浓度均明显升高，晶状体的超微结构得以改善，特别是结膜下注射组接近于正常。结论牛磺酸可以抑制半乳糖性白内障的发生，并对半乳糖性白内障有一定的防治作用。Objective To examine the effects of taurine on galactose cataract. Methods 85 rats (170 eyes) were divided into six groups:normal control,cataract,preventive,subconjunctival injection,intraperitoneal injection and eye drop groups.After inducing galactose cataract,15% taurine was injected immediately in preventive group;from d 4 of the induction of cataract the last three groups received 15% taurine by subconjuctival injection,intraperitoneal injection and as eye drops respectively.On d 3,8,14 taurine was quantitated by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC),and the ultrastructure of the lenses was observed by transmission electron microscope. Results The levels of taurine were lower in cataract group,and the ultrastructure was seriously affected.By supplying taurine in other groups,the content of taurine increased and the ultrastructure improved,especially in the subconjuctival injection group in which the ultrastructure was near normal. Conclusion Taurine has certain preventive and therapeutic effects in experimental galactose cataract.
