用五种方法评价八种植物的抗氧化活性

摘　　要：运用5种方法对8种植物的抗氧化能力进行了测定,并且对不同方法测定的结果进行了相关性研究,结果表明:3种抗氧化活性指标与总黄酮含量之间都存在一定的相关性.由于植物成份的复杂性,采用多种测定方法对植物抗氧化活性进行综合评价,能够得到比较科学合理的数据。The antioxidative activities of eight kinds of plants were determined by five kinds of methods and correlation analysis was used to compare the results. Results showed that three kinds of antioxidative index were relevant to the content of total flavonoids. Using more than one method to comprehensive analyzing the natural plant antioxidant, activity scientific and reasonable data can be obtained.
