摘　　要：硬技能与软技能一体化的培养是高职教育发展的一种基本趋势,有利于提高学生的综合素质,为高职教育适应社会需求提供可靠途径。这是一个系统工程,应从人才培养目标和模式、课程体系设置、教学内容和方法、实践训练、评价机制等方面着手。Integrative training of professionals with hard and soft skill is the fundamental tendency of higher education development. It is good for students to develop their comprehensive qualities and it can provide reliable way for higher education to meet social need. It is a system project and should begin from personal training goals, modes, curriculum system, teaching contents and methods, practice and evaluation mechanism.
