摘 要:顶岗实习是工学结合、校企合作培养高技能应用型人才的一种重要教学模式,是由学生、学校、企业三方共同参与的有目的、有计划的实践教学活动。为提升顶岗实习的实施效果,要对顶岗实习的组织实施、质量评价及反馈修正等过程管理进行剖析,使学生的顶岗实习与职业发展、基地建设、课程教学等有效对接,构建长效的顶岗实习管理体系。对顶岗实习过程进行精细化管理是高职院校"内涵式"发展战略的必然选择。Post practice is an important teaching mode combining learning with working through school-enterprise cooperation in training high skilled talents,which is the practice of teaching and learning activities participated by students,schools and businesses with purposes and plans.To enhance the effect of the post practice,it is necessary to analyze the process management on the organization and implementation,quality assessment,and feedback correction process,so that students' internship and career development,base construction,curriculum teaching could be effectively docked,and a long-lasting post practice management system could be built.Fine-grained management on the process of post practice is an inevitable choice of the intensive development strategy of the higher vocational colleges.
