摘　　要：本文探讨了影响知识共享的团队特征变量,并采用多层线性模型(HLM)对234个工作团队的813名成员的有效调查问卷进行了实证检验。结果表明,互依性(即任务互依性和成果互依性)与团队效能感均对知识共享起到积极影响作用;成员能力梯度对知识共享有负向影响作用。此外,任务互依性与成果互依性的交互作用对知识共享的影响也是显著的。最后对如何有效促进团队知识共享提出了建议。The team characteristic variables influencing knowledge sharing are explored.By using the Hierarchical Linear Modelling（HLM） to conduct the empirical test on the effective questionnaires from 813 employees in 234 work teams,the results indicate that both the interdependence（i.e.task interdependence and outcome interdependence） and the team efficiency have the positive influence on knowledge sharing,while the ability gaps of the team members have the negative influence on knowledge sharing.In addition,the interaction between task interdependence and outcome interdependence also influences knowledge sharing significantly.Finally,some suggestions on how to effectively promote knowledge sharing among teams are offered.
