摘　　要：本文用D-逆阵给出退化滞后系统的基础解、常数交易公式与通解，确定了这类退化系统的基本理论．它将被广泛地应用于各类退化控制系统．In this paper, by using the D-inverse matrix, we give the fundamental solution, the constant variation formula and the general solution of degenerate for the degenerate difference system with delay. This will determine the fundamental theory for degenerate difference system with delay and will be extensively used in most Kinds of degenerate control system.
