摘　　要：示范校建设在办学理念提升、提高办学水平等方面取得明显进展。强化人才培养模式是今后高等职业教育改革的重要内容。应当充分发挥示范校"示范"与"引领"作用、构建校企合作的长效机制、不断提高教师的执教能力推动高等职业教育改革。The construction of Model College makes obvious progress in promoting school- running idea and improving school - running level. Strengthening talents cultivation pattern is the important content of future higher vocational education reform. The role of demonstration and guidance should be fully played and the long - term mechanism of school - enterprise cooperation should be built so as to improve the teaching ability of teacher constantly and promote the reform of higher vocational education.
