摘　　要：德育评价是指评价主体依据一定的理论和评价标准,运用科学的方法和手段,系统地收集信息,对德育活动及其效果所进行的在事实基础上的价值判断的过程。探讨德育评价的内涵、功能、研究对象和研究内容、评价指标体系的建构、评价过程、原则和方法等问题。科学厘定德育评价概念,加强德育评价的元研究、实证研究,注重历史研究与比较借鉴研究相结合,运用系统科学和复杂科学的理论与方法关照德育评价理论的发展以及重视人文主义价值趋向是促进德育评价理论健康而科学发展的有效策略。Moral education evaluation is the progress in which the value of moral education activities and their effects are judged based on the facts,certain theories and valuation standards,by scientific ways and methods and collecting information systematically.The paper explores its connotation,function,object and content,building of index system,process,principle,ways and so on.The effective strategies for the healthy and scientific development of moral education are determining the concept of moral education evaluation,strengthening the self-research and empirical research,focusing on the historic research and comparative research,by systematic and scientific theories and methods to deal with the development and the value of humanity.
