高职“三元两会”校企合作办学的管理平台建设实践——以柳州职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：校企合作、工学结合是高职人才培养模式改革的突破口,柳州职业技术学院在国家示范性高职院校建设过程中,借鉴国内外校企合作教育的成功经验,搭建起政府主导、企业参与和学校主体"三元"互动,产学合作教育委员会和专业建设指导委员会"两会"为支撑的高职"三元两会"校企合作办学的管理平台,创新了校企合作办学新机制。Cooperation of school and enterprise and combination of working with learning are becoming breakthrough points in talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges.During the construction of the national demonstrative higher vocational college,Liuzhou Vocational and Technical College took the successful experiences of cooperation of school and enterprise from national colleges and abroad.She established a＂triple system and two committees＂enterprise and college cooperation management platform that the government is the leader,enterprises are participants and the college is the organizer,and that co-operative-education committee and specialty construction committee are the holding organization.And this kind of platform has made innovation of system of organization in cooperation of school and enterprise.
