摘 要:本文通过对高校教师的实际调查与分析发现,在高校教师知识共享的影响因素中,内在激励、高校教师进行知识共享的能力、教师的观念问题和高校组织文化是影响知识共享的重要因素。外在报酬是高校教师知识共享的诱因,内在报酬才会对知识共享产生持久的激励作用。Knowledge sharing is paid increasingly attention to by academia,but few people do ration research on the problems specially to knowledge sharing of teachers in colleges.According to the methods of integrating theoretical study and inquiry research,the result of this research will show us that among the factors of influencing knowledge sharing of teachers in colleges,internal inspiring,the ability of the teachers' sharing knowledge,the conception of teachers and organizational culture are the important causes to affect sharing knowledge.And lacking external reward is only the inducement for teachers in colleges unwilling to share knowledge,only internal reward can produce the forever functions of boosting teachers to share knowledge.
