摘　　要：[目的]对同仁堂牌珍珠粉中几种微量元素的含量进行测定,为进一步研究珍珠粉的保健作用提供参考。[方法]利用原子吸收光谱法测定Ca及Zn、Na、Fe、Mg、Cu、Mn、Sr7种微量元素的含量。[结果]同仁堂牌珍珠粉中Ca、Zn、Na、Fe、Mg、Cu、Mn、Sr的含量分别为377084.00、6.46、98.86、170.88、8.34、5.46、589.78、268.66μg/g。[结论]同仁堂牌珍珠粉中Ca的含量较高,是其主要成分,Mn、Sr、Fe、Na的含量也较为丰富,而Zn、Mg、Cu的含量较少。[Objective] The reference for the research on the healthy function of pearl powder was provided through the determination of the content of several micro-elements in the product of pearl powder（Tongrentang Brand）.[Method] The content of Ca,Zn,Na,Fe,Mg,Cu,Mn and Sr was tested with atomic absoption spectrometry,respectively.[Result] The results showed that the content of Ca,Zn,Na,Fe,Mg,Cu,Mn and Sr was 377 084 μg/g,6.46 μg/g,98.86 μg/g,170.88 μg/g,8.34 μg/g,5.46 μg/g,589.78 μg/g,268.66 μg/g,respectively.[Conclusion] The content of Ca was highest among 7 trace elements;the content of Mn,Sr Fe and Na was also rich and the content of Zn,Mg and Cu was less in the product.
