摘　　要：提升大学毕业生的可雇佣性、改革地方院校大学英语课程设置以应对日趋严峻的就业环境,是中国地方高等院校亟需关注的问题。基于对可雇佣性这一概念的评述和对可雇佣能力构成维度的探讨,结合地方院校大学英语课程设置的现状和需求,提出了将可雇佣性能力的提升融入到大学英语课程体系之中,进一步提供了具有针对性的大学英语课程设置改革建议,以期促进其改革的深化。The more critical employment situation and the enhancement of the employability of college graduates have become a great concern for the Chinese local universities.On the basis of exploring the connotation of employability and its dimensions,this dissertation,combined with the analysis of present situation of College English Curriculum Design,proposes that the enhancement of employability should be integrated into College English Curriculum Design.And it further offers effective suggestions on the construction of College English Curriculum Design aiming to promote the College English reformation.
