摘　　要：校企合作既是一种办学模式,也是一种人才培养模式,更是对传统人才培养模式的一种变革。构筑校企的紧密合作,能产生互动共荣的"双赢"格局。对此从分析校企合作入手,针对目前校企合作中出现的各种问题,分析探讨原因,提出相应的对策,以更好地推动高职教育发展。School-enterprise cooperation is not only a school running mode,but also a training mode,It is a change to the traditional training mode.It can result in co-prosperity and ＂win-win＂situation by building close co-operation between schools and enterprises.Based on an analysis of school-enterprise cooperation and the various problems existent,the reasons are demonstrated and countermeasures are put forward in order to better promote the development of vocational education.
