摘　　要：通过对医疗投诉和医疗纠纷常见原因进行分析,针对性地探讨医院如何防范医疗纠纷,从而使医院在医疗改革、医疗市场竞争激烈的今天,能站稳脚跟,并和谐发展。Through analyzing to common causes in medical complains and medical disputes,corresponding measures to prevent medical disputes were investigated,and steady position and harmonious development of hospitals were realized in medical reform and fierce market competition.
