摘　　要：精神分裂症是一种由多因子（遗传因素和环境因素）共同作用而导致的一种复杂疾病,本文主要从基因组学研究的角度介绍精神分裂症的最新研究进展,在对国内外最近科研成果进行汇总与分析的基础上,分别就连锁与关联、全基因组关联分析研究及基因组结构变异三部分进行归纳总结,旨在帮助我国科研工作者了解精神分裂症研究的新方法与新动向.Schizophrenia is a severe psychiatric disorder, which is caused by multi-factors, genetically and environmentally. The present paper introduced the latest progress of research on schizophrenia from the genetic aspects, including the classical linkage and association analysis, genome-wide association study, and structure variation respectively. We hope that this review will help our Chinese researchers to understand and learn the advanced research methods and directions of schizophrenia study.
