摘 要:目的:了解护士心理契约与护士的招聘承诺实现满意度之间的关系,从心理契约的角度提出针对性的护士招聘方案。方法:采用"护士心理契约调查问卷"及"护士招聘承诺实现满意度调查问卷"对护士进行调查,并对结果进行统计分析。结果:医院的发展责任及现实责任与护士的招聘承诺实现满意度呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:医院在现实责任及发展责任方面作出的承诺有待完善。Objective:To explore the relationship between psychological contract and the satisfaction of recruitment commitment among clinical nurses,and to propose targeted recruitment programs from the perspective of psychological contract.Methods:Psychological Contract Questionnaire for nurses and Satisfaction of Recruitment Commitment Questionnaire for nurses were used to investigate and the results were analyzed by statistical methods.Results:There was a positive relationship(P 0.01) between the developmental and real responsibility of hospital and the satisfaction of recruitment commitment of nurses.Conclusion:The commitment of developmental and real responsibility of hospital should be improved.
