摘 要:针对现有基于AFS/DYC的车辆底盘一体化控制系统中,控制输入之间采用逻辑切换模式过于简单,无法优化车辆稳定特性的问题,提出一种基于广义预测理论的车辆底盘一体化控制系统切换算法。该算法将横摆角速度与质心侧偏角的状态变量和AFS/DYC控制输入整合于优化目标函数中,通过实时协调多个控制输入的权重,调节AFS/DYC子系统在底盘一体化控制系统中的权重,因而能连续协调AFS和DYC控制。仿真结果表明,采用该算法能实现AFS/DYC控制的平滑切换和同时工作时的协调优化。In view of the problem of oversimplified logic switching mode and the inability to optimize vehicle stability characteristics in current AFS/DYC-based vehicle integrated chassis control system,a new switching algorithm for integrated chassis control system is proposed based on generalized predictive theory.The algorithm integrates the state variables of yaw angular velocity and cg sideslip angle as well as AFS/DYC control inputs into the objective function of optimization,adjusts the proportion of AFS and DYC subsystems in integrated chassis control system through realtime changing the weighing factors of various control inputs,and thus makes it possible to continuously coordinate the inputs of AFS and DYC.The results of simulation show that with this new algorithm the controls of AFS and DYC can be switched smoothly when each of them works alone and the concerted work are optimized when both of them work together.
