摘　　要：综述国内外苹果的研究进展,主要介绍苹果的营养成分,存在部位,保健功效以及开发利用现状,期望苹果可以被充分开发,增加它的附加值。The domestic and overseas research progresse of apple were summarized in this paper.The nutrient components,existing position,healthy function and the current development and utilization were introduced,and expect apple to be fully exploited to increase its added value.
