医学院校开设灾难护理学相关课程的现状调查

摘　　要：目的了解医学院校开设灾难护理相关课程的现状,为完善灾难护理教育学科体系提供依据。方法采用自行设计的调查表对全国95所招收全日制护理本科的院校专家进行调查。结果 16门课程中,人际沟通学、急救护理学、危重监护学等10门课程实际开设率低于专家认为需要开设率;不同地区危重监护学和流行病学开设率比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论医学院校灾害护理相关课程开设情况不乐观,不同地区有一定差异;相关部门应重视灾害护理学建设,加强灾害护理师资培养,加强国际间灾害护理学的交流,以完善我国灾害护理课程体系。Objective To comprehend current setup of disasters nursing related courses in medical college,and to provide basis for improving the discipline system of disaster nursing.Methods Totally,95 experts were recruited from 95 colleges and investigated by using a self-designed questionnaire in terms of the current setup of disasters nursing related courses in the college where they worked.Results Of 16 courses,the actual opening rates of such 10 courses as interpersonal communication,nursing care during first-aid,critical care,etc.were lower than those expected by the experts.Statistical differences were found in the actual opening rates of critical care,and epidemiology in varied areas（P0.05 for both）.Conclusion The setup of disasters nursing related courses in medical colleges is less satisfactory,and it varies from area to area.Relevant departments should attach importance to the construction of disaster nursing discipline,strengthen training programs for disasters nursing teachers,and increase the frequency of international exchanges,so as to improve disaster nursing course system in China.
