摘 要:考虑轮胎接地磨擦的非线性特性,采用动态LuGre摩擦模型,建立基于胎面侧向振动的轮胎多边形动力学模型,并对系统的稳定性进行了分析,指出轮胎的自激振动是一种由系统Hopf分岔引起的稳定周期振动现象.研究表明轮胎多边形磨损是一种典型的非线性自激振动现象,其发生与胎面的侧向振动有关,轮胎多边形磨损的边数近似等于胎面的侧向振动频率与车轮转动频率之比,并通过仿真得到了能够引起胎面自激振动的车速和轮胎前束角范围.结果表明所建模型能够很好地解释轮胎多边形磨损的形成机理,为减小或消除轮胎的自激振动提供了理论依据.The nonlinear characteristic of tire's grounding friction being considered,a dynamic model of the polygonal wear of tire is established by using dynamical LuGre friction model based on the lateral vibration of tire tread.Then the stability of the system is analyzed,and the self-excited vibration of the tire is proved to be a kind of stable periodic vibration caused by Hopf bifurcation of system.The results show that the polygonal wear of tire is a typical nonlinear self-excitation vibration phenomenon which is related to lateral vibration of tire tread and the polygonal number is equivalent to the ratio of the lateral vibration frequency of tire tread to the rotational frequency of tire.The ranges of speed and toe-in-angle which can motivate self-excited vibration are given through simulation.The results show that the model can interpret the formation mechanism of the polygonal wear,and provide a theoretic foundation to reduce or eliminate the tire's self-excited vibration.
