摘 要:利用DesignExpert软件中水平设计和响应面分析法对溶媒条件下木薯纤维制备羧甲基纤维素钠进行了优化,经过逐步回归分析建立了碱化温度、NaOH/CH2ClCOOH比值和分散剂浓度对羧甲基化取代度影响的二次回归模型,其回归方程的决定系数达到了0.9570。得到的较优的羧甲基化条件为:碱化温度32.7℃,NaOH/CH2ClCOOH比值2.9,乙醇分散剂浓度78.5%。CMC取代度达到0.59,比优化前的0.42提高约40%。The preparation of carboxymethyl cellulose with cassava residual in organic solvent was optimized with Design Expert system. The regression equation expressing the relationship between degree of substitution and the main factors of carboxymethylation was established by stepwise analysis. The R-squared in the model of regression equation was 0.9570. It was indicated that the optimum carboxymethylatione conditions were:32.7℃ alkalize temperature,the ratio of NaOH/CH2ClCOOH was 2.9,78.5% organic solvent. In these conditions,it was predicted that the highest DS was 0.59,which increased 40% over per-optimization.
