摘  要:针对可变几何排气管增压系统在6缸机上的应用效果进行了模拟试验研究,利用原机脉冲增压系统排气管模拟阀门关,用新加工的准定压增压系统排气管模拟阀门开。试验结果表明:在标定工况下准定压增压系统的油耗比脉冲增压系统的油耗降低4.7 g/(kW.h)。原因是当增压方式为准定压增压系统时,在强制排气过程中,排气管内排气平均压力减小,使泵气负功减小,油耗下降。The effect of the variable geometry exhaust manifold turbocharging system used in six-cylinder diesel engine was investigated. The controlled valve opened and closed modes were represented respectively by using the original exhaust manifold and the newly made exhaust manifold of semi-constant pressure. The experimental results indicate that the specific fuel consumption (SFC) of semi-constant pressure turbocharging mode reduces by 4.7 g/(kW,h) than pulse turbocharging mode in rated conditions. It is learnt from further analysis that in the semi-constant pressure turbocharging mode the SFC reduction is caused by less negative pumping work, and it in turn is attributed to the reduced average pressure in the exhaust manifold during forced exhaust.
