摘  要:目的研究甜菜红色素的抗疲劳作用。方法甜菜红色素分100、200、400 mg/(kg bw.d)三个剂量组,给小鼠灌胃,对照组为生理盐水。每日灌胃1次,连续28d后,分别测定小鼠负重游泳时间、泳后未休息和休息30 min的全血乳酸(BLA)、血清尿素氮(BUN)、肝糖元(LG)和肌糖元(MG)含量,并计算清除率。结果甜菜红色素三个剂量组均能延长小鼠负重游泳时间、减少BLA和BUN含量并加速二者的清除速率、增加LG和MG含量并加快其恢复。结论甜菜红色素有抗疲劳作用。Objective To study the anti-fatigue function of betalain from red beet in mice.Method Three groups of mice were administered ig daily betalain 100 mg/(kg bw.d),200 mg/(kg bw.d),400 mg/(kg bw.d) for 28d.The control group was given physiological saline similarly.The loaded-swimming time,blood lactic acid(BLA),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),muscle and liver glycogen after swimming without rest and 30 min after rest were measured.Results All betalain groups could increase the time of loaded swimming,decrease the content of BLA and BUN and accelerate their clearance rate after exercise and increase the reserve and recovery rate of muscle glycogen(MG) and liver glycogen(LG).Conclusion Betalain from red beet has anti-fatigue effect.
