摘　　要：简述了电子束应用于食品辐照的现状,比较了电子加速器与γ辐射源用于食品辐照的特点,提出随着研究的进一步深入,配套技术的不断完善,电子加速器有取代γ辐射源的趋势。At first, the present situation of applying electron beam in food irradiation was summarized briefly. Then, some comparisons between the features for the electron accelerator and γ radioactive source were conducted. In the end, a prospect that with the further going deep of research and the constant improvement of matching technology, there is a trend that the electron accelerator will take place of γ radioactive source was proposed.
