摘 要:探讨卡特尔16种人格测评在人员选拔、安置和培训中的应用。16PF在人力资源管理中可以用于人才选拔、人员安置和员工培训等方面的工作。16PF在人才选拔和安置中的应用主要是利用其比较完整的人格测评功能帮助企业挑选和安置适合某个行业、岗位的人员。应用的主要思路是将个体或者团体的测验结果和相应的标准进行对照或比较,筛选出在招聘中人格各个方面达到相应要求或者具备胜任潜力的应聘者,并把他们安置到合适的岗位上,而建立与行业、职业、甚至岗位相适应的16PF人格特质模型是关键所在。The present research is to explore the application of 16PF Scale in employees' selection,allocation and training.In human resource management,16PF can be used in selecting,allocating and training employees.Particularly,when applying it in selection and allocation,the comparative integrative function of personality measurement plays the main role in helping the enterprise select and put the employee to the appropriate vocation and position.First,the company compares the scores of individuals or group test with relative standard,then chooses the interviewee whose personality of every facet qualifies the corresponding demand or possesses relative competence,and finally provides them with an appropriate position.Moreover,building a 16PF trait model of personality corresponding to vocations and even positions is the crucial section.
