摘　　要：阐述了正确认识食品添加剂及合理使用食品添加剂的的必要性,介绍了食品添加剂的类别及非规范使用添加剂造成食品安全问题的根源,并展望了我国食品添加剂行业的发展方向。The necessity of correctly understanding and rationally using food additives is set forth. The category of food additives and the roots of food safety problems caused by the inappropriate use of them are described,and the development direction of the Chinese food additive industry prospected.
