在职护理硕士设置专业学位研究生教育的调查

摘　　要：目的:调查护理在职研究生培养类型增设"专业学位"的必要性、可行性,并提出培养策略。方法:问卷调查450名在职护理人员。结果:"专业学位"是在职护理硕士的最佳培养方式;报考"专业学位"硕士研究生要有临床实践经历;"工作紧张,学习时间少"是在职人员报考"专业学位"的主要困难。结论:开展在职护理硕士专业学位研究生教育,可以有效提高临床护理人员的整体水平,完善护理教育体系,促进护理学科的发展。Objective： To investigate the necessity and feasibility of setting ＂professional degree＂ for in-service nursing graduate cultivation and propose the cultivation strategies.Methods： The questionnaire was used to investigate 450 nursing staff.Results： The professional degree is the best cultivating modes for in-service graduate.Nurses who want to register for the graduate professional degree examination should have clinical practice.The study also shows that the major problem for nurses to register the examination is the intense work and the less time for learning.Conclusion： To develop the professional degree for in-service graduate nurses can effectively improve the whole level of clinical nursing staff,perfect the nursing educational system and promote the development of nursing work.
