摘　　要：针对音乐学习的基本特点和规律，文章力图通过在小学音乐教学中关注学生对民族音乐的认识理解、行为表现，结合学生的心理特点与认知水平，展开初步的探讨，分析现状，论述成因，提出相应的措施与方法，并通过探索多种教育策略有效地实施民族音乐文化教学，进行了相关问题的初步思考。For music learning the basic characteristics and laws, the article sought in music teaching in primary schools in the nation concerned about the students understanding of music knowledge, behavior, combined with the psychological characteristics of students with cognitive level, to start a preliminary discussion, analyze the situation, discusses the causes, the corresponding measures and methods, and by exploring a variety of educational strategies and effective implementation of national music culture, and carried out initial thoughts on issues.
