略论基于校企合作的高职文化建设

摘　　要：基于校企合作的高职文化建设,最重要的是确立高职文化的核心价值观,全方位推进校企合作,实现校企文化的互动与融合。近年来国家示范高职院校的实践证明,建设基于校企合作的高职文化,对于校企双方而言都是不仅必要而且可行的。高职院校通过校企合作把相关行业优秀企业的文化融合到高职文化中来,形成富有特色的院校文化,并以此为支撑不断提高核心竞争力,才能实现高职教育的健康发展。It is the most important for the culture of higher vocational colleges based on college-enterprise cooperation to be the establishment of the core value of life of the culture of higher vocational colleges,the all-directional promotion of college-enterprise cooperation and the interaction and amalgamation of the cultures of colleges and enterprises.The practice of the national model higher vocational colleges shows that it is necessary and feasible for both colleges and enterprises to construct the culture of higher vocational colleges based on college-enterprise cooperation.Through the amalgamation of the culture of outstanding enterprises into the culture of higher vocational education,a college can construct its special college culture and upgrade continuously its core competence in order to develop higher vocational education.
