摘  要:本文从需要层次理论的角度,阐述了在高校教师队伍建设过程中,既要满足教师低层次的需要、又要不断激发教师高层次的心理需要,引导教师在为国家和学校发展做贡献的过程中满足自我实现的需要。同时,要关注教师心理需要长期得不到满足产生的负面影响。On the basis of Maslow's theory on needs hierarchy,this paper mainly clarifies that in the process of building teachers team of college and university,not only should teachers' low-level needs be met,but teachers' high-level psychological needs should also be constantly aroused and satisfied,which can help teachers to achieve their personal fulfillment in the process of making contributions to the development of our country and the school.Meanwhile,more attention should be paid to the negative effects resulting from the teachers' psychological needs which can not be satisfied for long time.
