摘　　要：教学中的“互动”就是以教师为主导、以学生为主体，通过教师的启发去引导学生发现问题，在学生发现的要求下，促使教师去启发，师生密切配合，在轻松的环境中实现培养学生交际能力的目的。教师与学生有效的互动能够促使学生在掌握知识的过程中积极思维、发展个性、互助共进，进而有效地推动英语素质教育的进程。Interaction is to take teachers as the leading factor and rely mainly on students, by teachers＇ inspiration and students＇ demand to discover. Teachers and students enjoy close cooperation and realize the purpose to train students＇ communication ability in the relaxed environment. How teachers and students form effective interaction relation, is to impelling students＇ positive thinking and individual development. Thus we can effectively improve English education for all-around development.
