对高职高专教师职业能力内涵的研究

摘　　要：职业能力是个体将所获得的知识、经验、技能和态度在特定的职业活动或情景中,进行类化迁移与整合所形成的能完成一定职业任务的能力,它具有能力品质的广泛性、职业岗位的变异性、技术技能的综合性、个人活动的重要性、继续教育的终身性等主要特征,关键构成要素是方法能力和社会能力。论述了高职高专教师职业能力标准研究的意义,以及高职教师四个职业能力——专业知识能力、教学能力、教育能力和评价能力中前两个能力的内涵,这将对高职教师职业能力的培养提供一定的理论和实际操作依据并起到积极的作用。Professional competency means an individual＇s ability to change and integrate his knowledge,experience,skill and manner gained to finish some task in certain professional activities or situations.It characterized by extensive professional ability,changeable professional post,comprehensive technical skill,important individual activity and lifelong continuing education.The key elements are competence in methods using and social activities.Significance of studying the standards of professional competency for higher vocational teachers and the connotation of the ability of education and appraisal were discussed.It will play a positive role and provide some theoretical and practical basis for training the teachers＇ professional competency.
