摘　　要：在静态的教学设计中引入对课堂整体进程的有效控制是教师教学目标得以实现,教和学效果不断提高的重要保证。在介绍了策略、教学策略、教学控制策略等概念的基础上,构建了动态教学设计模型,最后阐述了应答集团分析及如何在此基础上实施课堂整体进程的控制策略。The effective control of whole course during the static instructional design is the importance of guaranteeing the achievement of teaching aims and enhancement of teaching and learning.The paper firstly proposes the concepts of strategy,teaching strategy,teaching control strategy and etc.Secondly it establishes the dynamic instructional design mode and finally it analyses the aggregative response and how to implement the control strategy of the whole course.
