摘　　要：通过分析企业办学中"产教结合,校企同步,学做合一"校企一体化实践教学模式的结构、方法和运行实践,对高职院校实践学模式的建构规律进行了探讨。After analysis of combination of industry and education,coordination of school and enterprise and integration of theory and practice,this article introduces the structure,methods and operation practice for enterprise-run school of the practical teaching mode in the school and enterprise＇s integration,and presents favorable effects brought by this mode.
