摘　　要：自主研制了一种新型的便携式乳糖快速检测仪,它由超高亮发光二极管(LED)光源、集成光电传感器、圆柱形比色瓶、微处理器、LCD显示模块和按键等组成。对便携式乳糖快速检测仪配套试剂盒进行了系统考察,结果表明乳糖浓度在0.01～0.10 g/L范围内的吸光度与乳糖浓度具有良好的线性关系。将该仪器应用于50余种不同厂家和批次乳制品中乳糖的测定,并用于奶粉中掺加乳清粉奶粉的鉴定,同时与国家标准方法进行了比对,结果令人满意。A novel fast lactose portable analyzer was designed and manufactured.It consists of Light Emitting Diode（LED）,thermo-resistant integrated optical sensors,colorimetric cylindrical bottle,microprocessor,LCD display module and keypress.The reagent kit used for the analyzer was studied,the concentration range of 0.01~0.1 g/L,absorbance and concentration of lactose has a good linear relationship.The analyzer has been successfully applied to the determination of lactose in dairy products,which are from 50 different manufactures and batches,and the identification of adulterating whey powder in milk powder.The results obtained by the proposed method are in good agreement with the results obtained by the national standard method.
