摘　　要：赏识教育的本质是爱的教育,它能够激发学习者的学习动机,增强学习者的自信心,最终帮助他们获得学习的成功。研究生英语基础薄弱、英语教学的知情分离等因素使得在研究生英语教学中引入赏识教育很有必要。在研究生英语教学中教师可以通过话语、反馈、各种活动和教会学生学会赏识等途径实施赏识教育。The essence of appreciative education is the education of love, which can stimulate of learners, strengthen their self-confidence and ultimately help them achieve learning success. The of the postgraduates is weak and such factors as the informed-separation in introduce the appreciative education in English teaching for postgraduates learning motivation English foundation English teaching make it necessary to in which teachers can implement the appreciative education by means of teachers＇ discourse, feedback, various activities and by teaching students to learn the appreciation.
