摘　　要：保险行业的发展带来保险专业人才的旺盛需求,高职院校顺应行业发展需求开设了保险实务专业,但专业发展状况与行业发展极不协调。文章提出了重新进行人才培养定位、建设师资队伍、拓展实训基地、进行教学改革等建议,以培养适应行业需求的高技能人才。As the development of the insurance business brings the strong demand of insurance talents,higher vocational colleges opens this specialty to meet the needs of the industry.However,the specialty development does not keep pace with insurance business development.The causes lie in various aspects.This paper proposes methods of cultivating high skilled talents to meet professional requirements from the following aspects： reorientating the talents cultivation plan of insurance specialty,constructing a team of teachers,expanding practical training bases and conducting teaching reforms.
