摘　　要：学科资源和学科能力是大学学科发展的两个基本来源,在学科资源基础上推进大学学科成长能力建设是大学学科发展的重要战略管理内容。运用组织学习理论和能力理论分析大学学科成长能力的资源基础、系统建构和演化路径,揭示大学学科能力成长的基本发展阶段及其发展策略,有助于进一步把握大学学科建设的内容与途径,提高大学学科建设的水平。Discipline resources and capabilities are acknowledged to be two basic concerns of university development.The promotion of discipline capability is generally considered as important content of the strategic management in the university.From the perspectives of organizational learning theory and capability theory,the resource base,system construction and revolution mechanism of university＇s discipline-developing capability are analyzed,showing the basic development phases and development strategies.It contributes to further awareness of the content and means of disciplinary development,thereby boosting discipline level.
