摘　　要：20世纪是美国基础教育公平理念发展的一个重要时期。众多学者从不同的视野和角度对基础教育公平理念进行了探究,不仅取得了大量的研究成果,而且产生了几次对教育公平理解的关键性转变。这些教育公平理论中,既有宏观层面的研究,也有微观层面的研究,从整体上表现出走向实质的教育公平的趋势。上述20世纪的有关研究既充实了教育公平理念的内涵,又体现了教育公平理念研究的深化。The 20th century is an important period of the development of the equity idea of basic education in America. Many scholars study the equity idea of basic education from different perspectives. They have made lots of researching achievements, at the same time, the understanding of educational equity has emerged Several critical transforms during the period. Those studies are at both macro level and micro level, and it appears the developing trend to virtual equity . The studies during the 20th century enrich the meaning of.educational equity, and also deepen the study of the idea of educational equity greatly.
