摘　　要：以大米、玉米、大豆为主要原料，用挤压膨化技术生产主食快餐，是解决多数儿童营养不足、改革国民主食结构的有效途径。The staple quick serve foods can be produced by extrusion from rice,corn and soybean as raw matenals.This is an effective way to solve nutritional inadequacy of most children and to change the staple food structure of the people in our country.
