摘　　要：面对日益增多的高校校园危机事件,学生干部作为学生利益的代表和教育管理者的助手,他们在危机潜伏期、爆发期和恢复期通过发挥自己的领导力,在危机的应对和解决中发挥着重要的作用。通过这种锻炼能为他们将来走上工作岗位、走向社会打下良好的基础。Currently,facing the growing number of campus crisis,student leaders act both as the representative of students and as the assistant for the student affair managing staffs through their important roles in responding to and finally resolving the crisis.Student leaders demonstrate the special leadership during the hiding,outbreak and recovery periods of the crisis.They exercise their ability and lay a good foundation for their future career.
