摘　　要：介绍了以红子果实和魔芋精粉为原料加工复合果汁颗粒饮料的方法和产品配方。In this paper,the authors describe the method and formula for the production of a mixed juice grain drink with the fruit of Pyracantha SPP and the refined powder of Amorophllus Biume as the raw materials.
