摘　　要：文章从校园文化建设角度来探讨其作为课程中隐蔽的、无意识的、非正式的教育的影响因素—隐性文化,分析了隐性文化的特点,提出了营造学校良好的隐性文化氛围一些构想。From the perspective of campus culture construction,the essay inquires into the recessive culture,which is regarded as the factor influencing the course＇ concealment,unconsciousness and informal education.The essay discusses recessive culture＇s characteristics and puts forward some conceptions of constructing benign campus recessive culture atmosphere.
