摘　　要：城乡教育均衡发展是全面建设小康社会对教育提出的战略要求,是实现教育公平的有效举措。文章通过对甘肃省白银市和临夏州基础教育阶段学校的抽样调查,发现城乡中小学生均教育经费投入、基础办学条件、师资队伍状况、学生入学方式和教育机会均存在偏差,并在进行分析的基础上,提出了相应的对策建议。The balanced development of urban and rural basic education is the essential strategic requirements of education to accompany the standard of building a well-off society and is an effective measure to achieve educational equity.Through the sample investigation into the basic education schools in Baiyin City and Linxia Zhou of Gansu Province,we have found the differences in per student education funding,basic educational condition,faculty status quo,and students＇ admission way and educational chance.Based on the analysis,this paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
