摘　　要：《超大规模集成电路与系统导论》是电子科学与技术学科微电子工程专业的重要专业理论课。该课程采用双语教学的重点和意义是:使学生能正确理解并熟练掌握集成电路与系统设计所用到的专业名词、理论概念以及计算机辅助工具各个内容的全英文表达;具备合格的阅读英文相关科技文献和设计需求手册的能力。本文分析课程特点和双语教学特色,提出一系列从选择教材、制定教学大纲、编写教案和教学课件、选择有效的教学形式与方法、安排项目实践课等方面完整的教学方法学上的研究与创新思路。Bilingual -Teaching is employed in the course ＂Introduction to VLSI Circuits and System＂, which is one of fundamental curricula for Microelectronic Engineering Majors in Subject of Electronics Science and Technology. This teaching method is of great significance, and focuses on following aspects： making students have an accurate comprehension on English expressions for specialized theories and terms, as well as understand the utilities menu of EDA tools. It also targets to train students＇ abilities to read English technical articles and design specification manuals correctly. By combining the course requirements and bilingual teaching features, the paper provides a systematic and innovating teaching methodology. It includes： choosing appropriate textbook, drawing up master syllabus, composing detail lessons plan, using mutual and most effective teaching approach, and planning the further practical fields training programs, etc.
