连云港市散装食品的卫生现状及监管对策

摘　　要：目的了解连云港市散装食品卫生现状,探讨强化对散装食品实施安全监管的相关对策。方法根据事先制定的散装食品卫生现状调查表,选择55家有一定代表性的散装食品经营单位进行现场调查。结果被查企业中,合格35家,占63.64%;存在问题的20家,占36.36%。存在的主要问题为:散装食品从业人员存在穿戴不规范现象;散装食品存在无遮盖敞卖现象;市售散装食品存在无标识、标识不全或虚假标识现象,散装食品储存条件不符合卫生要求,散装食品采购索证资料缺乏或不完整等。结论该市散装食品卫生状况总体尚可,但小型散装食品经营单位存在问题较多,仍需采取有效措施强化监管。[Objective]To understand the sanitary status of bulk foods in Lianyungang City,and explore the relative countermeasures for strengthening safety supervision of bulk foods.[Methods]The previous designed sanitary status questionnaire of bulk foods was adopted to perform filed investigation on 55 representative units of food business.[Results]Of the 55 units,35（63.64%） were qualified,20（36.36%） had problems.Main problems were bulk foods employees wearing nonconforming uniform;bulk foods being sold openly without covering;bulk foods without labels,or incomplete labels or false labels;storage conditions of bulk foods without compliance to hygiene requirements;lack of or incomplete collection of purchasing information,etc.[Conclusion]Present sanitary status of bulk foods in this city is generally tolerable,however,small sized bulk foods operators are found with more problems which call for more effective supervision measures to cope with.
